Admission to the full conference programme, welcome reception on 2 May, Conference dinner on 4 May, programme book, coffee breaks and lunch breaks is included in the registration fee.
*Presenters are persons, who are going to give an oral presentation at ICAHS4, and there will only be one presenter per presentation.
Welcome Reception at Landbrug & Fødevarer
All ICAHS 4 participants are invited to join the welcome reception on 2 May 2022. The welcome reception is kindly hosted by Gold Sponsor Landbrug & Fødevarer and will be held on the top floor of their building located in the city centre of Copenhagen.
The welcome is included in the registration fee, but please remember to register for the reception in the online registration.
The conference dinner will be held on 4 May 2022 - venue to be confirmed.
It will be a unique opportunity to network with fellow conference participants and enjoy delicious food, excellent beers, live music and dancing.

Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference must forward a written cancellation (by email) to the ICAHS4 Conference Secretariat at email@example.com. Refund of the registration fee (minus 300 DKK in administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the conference secretariat in writing before and on 1 March 2022. After this date, cancellations of registration fees and dinner tickets will not be refunded. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers and/or CAP Partner ApS, the conference is cancelled or postponed, the hotel costs will be refunded only if no expenses are incurred by the hotel.
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
