Registration fees

  • Ordinary participants: 1865 DKK
  • Students: 1265 DKK

Admission to the full conference programme, coffee breaks and lunch breaks is included in the registration fee.


Cancellation terms
Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference must forward a written cancellation (by email) to the ISESSAH Conference Secretariat at info@cap-partner.eu

Refund of the registration fee (minus 300 DKK in administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the conference secretariat in writing before and on 10 August 2020. After this date, cancellations of registration fees and dinner tickets will not be refunded. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.

Refund of the accommodation at DGI Byen Hotel (minus 300 DKK administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the conference secretariat in writing before and on 10 August 2020. After this date, cancellations of accommodation will not be refunded. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.

 

Invitation letter
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at info@cap-partner.eu. Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
